Two Nigerian brothers, 13-year-old Anesi and 15-year-old Osine Ikhianosime, have created a web browser for Android phones called ‘Crocodile Browser Lite’. The teenagers who are both students of Greensprings Secondary School, Anthony Campus, Lagos reportedly got tired of using the in-built Google Chrome browser on their Android devices and built theirs in 2014. The mobile browser is currently available on the Google Play Store and is a fast browser for low-end Android phones. Nice development, hoping for more of these in the future.
