Xiaomi is a pretty much unknown name in this part of the world but the company is gaining popularity quickly with the release of its newest smartphone ‘Xiaomi Mi 4’ which comes with a smartwatch for a very low price considering its standard.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 is fitted with a 5 inch 1080 x 1920 pixels IPS LCD capacitive touch screen. The phone runs on Android OS, v4.4.2 KitKat on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset and a Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 processor.
It has 3 GB RAM which most if not all smartphones do not have yet, its internal memory comes in two options either 16 0r 64 GB but sadly there is no memory expansion slot. Its primary camera is 13 MP with dual-LED flash and its front camera is 8 MP.
On the connectivity side, it has 4G LTE, Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi direct and Wi-Fi hotspot, it also comes with the USB On-the-go feature. It will be released in August this year and will be available in Black and White colours. It uses a Non-removable Li-Ion 3080 mAh battery and its price is $320 (51,000 Naira).
