LG Electronics have announced a new flagship phone to replace their current flagship – LG G2. The new phone sports a 5.5 inch, 1440 x 2560 pixel True HD-IPS + LCD capacitive touchscreen protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
It runs on Android Kit-Kat OS v4.4.2 on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset and a Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 450 processor. It has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory with memory card slot expandable to 128 GB. For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, NFC, Infrared and 4G LTE-A.
It’s primary camera is 13 MP, 4160 x 3120 pixels with dual-LED (dual tone) flash while its secondary camera is 2.1 MP. It uses a Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery and is expected to be released by August this year, pricing starts at $538 (87,000 Naira).
