The iPad 5 is expected to have a completely revamped design similar to that of the iPad Mini i.e. thinner and lighter. Reports say it will still have a 9.7-inch screen and run on Apple’s new 64-bit A7 processor. There are expectations that a new iPad mini will be released with a faster processor and retina display.
Reports also state that the prices of the iPad mini and iPad 5 will be relatively close: $499 (80,000 Naira) for a 16GB iPad 5 and $329 (53, 000 Naira) for 16GB iPad Mini. There are rumours however that Apple might make the least version 32 GB with the same prices. If announced at that time, It should be expected in Nigeria by the end of the year.
